The most crucial stage of every plant is when it’s a seedling. If it gets all the nutrients it needs, it will surely grow well.

Most people don’t know that soilless seed starting mixes are a necessity to promote the seed’s growth. It’s light enough for the seeds to grow because of its fine grain.

The Ingredients needed include:

  • Vermiculite
  • Sphagnum peat moss or Coco coir
  • Perlite

What is a Potting Soil Mix?

Potting soil is a combination of fertilizer like manure, humus, perlite, etc, and topsoil. Unlike seed starting mixes, potting soil mixes are coarser and don’t drain very well.
